DynaMAXX Challenge - The Beginning

Hi,

My name is Kathy, age 61, and I am just getting into the DynaMAXX Challenge.  I am actually on Day 18 and thought maybe I should start blogging my progress, just to help me stay on track.

My starting weight......169 lbs. Ouch, can't believe that I have let myself get to this point.

I started with 10 days of the DynaMAXX Aloe Herbal Cleanse, I did not get any of the cleanse effect I had anticipated, and I did not really like the taste either, but I wanted to start this program as directed.  The cleanse is thankfully only 2 ounces, so it is pretty easy to take and is to be taken nightly before bed.

Day 11...I got to start the Program for real, I was really looking forward to trying the DynaMAXX Meal Replacement Shake.  First day I tried it with just water, not what I was expecting.  So Day 2, I tried it with 8 oz. Chocolate Light Silk (only 90 calories), a 16 oz. glass of ice, and a scoop of meal replacement shake in a blender.  So much better, very tasty.  I have also tried it with 8 oz. Vanilla Light Silk (only 70 calories), small banana, 16 oz. ice, and a scoop of the meal replacement shake....Excellent is the word for this one.  Another alternative is 8 oz. Vanilla Light Silk, handful of fresh or frozen berries (your choice), 16 oz. ice, one scoop of the meal replacement shake mix, very tasty!

Each day I start off with the DynaMAXX Lights On, a scoop goes into a bottle of water...very tasty and easy to drink.

I also have been taking two DynaMAXX appetite suppressants, mid morning and have absolutely NO cravings during the day.

I also have a very sensible dinner each night.  I have been practicing a meat portion, a vegetable portion, along with a salad each night.  I have NOTHING to eat after dinner.  I have also been trying to eat by 6:30pm.

I end the day with DynaMAXX Lights Off, mixed into about 4 oz. of water...a very tasty citrus flavor...and then to bed.  I have been sleeping so well.

I have also been walking 2.2 miles per day since October 19.  My pace is not all that fast, but I do manage a 20 minute mile.  I have been walking every day, except Tuesdays when I join in with a group of friends on a bike ride, we usually do between 10-12 miles, and each week we try different routes.

I have decided that Monday mornings will be my weigh in, so I will post tomorrow my weight and total pounds lost, along with how my journey is going.

I must say, that so far I am very happy with the DynaMAXX products.
